I tend to be pessimistic, but after overcoming this kind of pessimism, I also dared to step out into the so-called light. Participating in a competition with a professional jury also helped me.

McDonald's Budapest Open Mic is a character building and community creation initiative that follows the winners' journey from complete obscurity to their first meeting with the general public and beyond. The renewed third season of BOM continues this approach in a new form, returning as an eight-part documentary series on the roofs of 24.hu. The final match of the competition will take place immediately after the series, at the Akvárium Klub in Budapest. The series aims to take inspiration from the dramaturgy of well-known talent shows, but unlike the usual television format, it tells the story of the contestants' journey to the final with cinematic solutions and effects, focusing on the characters' journeys and personalities, with inspiring documentary images – say the creators.
