The footrest is covered with a non-slip rubber surface, the assembly quality is excellent, and the parts do not wobble or shake. The steering wheel is also very stable, the grips are rubberized as well, and the controls are comfortably accessible. Tubeless wheels are not made of solid rubber, but are inflatable. With this solution, there may always be an annoying hole in the deck, but in return the car vibrates much less and is more tolerant of road faults. This is also served by the front and rear suspension, and thanks to everything, road holding is quite good. The model handles well over a small pothole or pothole, but of course it's worth driving with extreme caution. Because of the small wheels and high center of gravity, it's still easier to fall with them than with a bike, but that can be said about all scooters.
There are e-scooters, like the manufacturer's eRacer machine, which has a large, colorful dashboard. This was saved from here, because it only has a relatively small monochrome LCD display. But this is not a tragedy either, since the most important data, such as speed, current gear and battery charge level, are always visible, even in sunlight. It is worth noting here that the distance traveled can be tracked via a free application, even on a map, and it is also possible to lock the device here. But we would like to categorically draw attention to the fact that this alone cannot prevent theft. After all, due to its light weight, the scooter can be easily picked up and even carried by hand. Unlike many cheaper machines, the eCruiser has integrated, bright headlights and taillights, but side-mounted LEDs to improve visibility are missing.
Is Lamax eCruiser good? If so, what and to whom?
During testing, we came to the conclusion that the Lamax eCruiser is a great little electric scooter. This is not a tourist machine, but it can be of great service in the village, in the city or on vacation. It's safe enough, its handling, performance and range are excellent, and it's relatively easy to carry and store. We can't call it particularly cheap, because it costs 219,000 HUF, but if we look at what it can do, we wouldn't call it expensive at all.
