There are inexplicable things in the history of the world, and there are discoveries. Looking back from our present, there is no explanation. The map provides us with extremely accurate, almost mind-boggling data from the year 1513, when modern satellite technology was not yet available. We have already mentioned in the previous article that the coastline of America can be seen very accurately on the map. But where did Piri Rech get his sources from this part of the coast in 1513? The Ottoman admiral, Piri Reis, talks about this in a later found document, so he also says, among other things, that he processed at least twenty maps and compiled his own based on them. But in recent years, several other theories regarding Perry Resch’s work have surfaced, according to one of which we can also hear about in the highly successful Netflix documentary series, People Before Humanity.
