WhatsApp innovates by testing video responses – PCW

You can no longer respond only via text or voice messages.

WhatsApp, one of the most popular messaging applications in the world, is testing a new function for its users on the Android system, which is that it will be possible to send video replies to our friends. With this innovation, users can directly reply to received videos with video messages, thus expanding the communication possibilities within the app.

Testing of video replies has started in WhatsApp 2.24.14.5 beta. The feature is currently available to a limited number of users, but is expected to become more widely available soon. The goal of the innovation is to give users a richer and more interactive communication experience, especially when they want to share visual content instead of text messages.

The new feature is very easy to use. Users receive video messages as usual, and simply record a new video and send it in response. This allows them to respond quickly and efficiently without the need for separate apps.

Previously, you could only respond via text or voice message.
