Nagykanizsai Futsal Club's NB II Futsal team had a clear goal in Monday evening's tournament: to get all three points against Haladás VSE II, so they can move closer to the podium in their final three matches.
Accordingly, the hosts threw themselves into the course of the match with great enthusiasm, and Nagykanizsa's shots remained out of the way, although the “usual” legality, that is, the opponent's goal, did not arrive. On the home side, the ice was broken relatively early, and Ferenc Schuler was able to double the lead in the first half. However, the second twenty minutes did not bode well, as Szombathly's team, moreover, improved early, but their momentum gave more space to Dol Zala's attempts. As time ticked by, this third goal was scored for the hosts (stylistically with a flash from player-coach Zsolt Gyurcsany), meaning not only did they secure all three Championship points, but they also took another important step towards becoming the team's goalkeeper. Nagykanizsai Futsal Club won the bronze medal in the NB II West Futsal Group.
