Wrinkles on the screen of new Samsung phones are getting smaller

While it’s said to be non-annoying to most users, the fact that the crease in the middle of the panel can be seen and felt is often brought up as a criticism of phones with bendable displays. Manufacturers are trying to do something about it, and some Chinese brands have almost completely eliminated it, and now it’s Samsung’s turn to improve its own devices.

The good news is that both the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 have managed to reduce the amount of creasing, but the screens still aren't completely uniform.

Here are some pictures of the Z Fold 6:

There's still a fairly obvious crease in the middle of the phone's display, but the situation has improved somewhat, as you can see in the comparison image below.

The crease was also smaller than the Flip 6, and the improvement here is more dramatic, at least based on Zack Nelson's video, from which we saved the important part.

Sure, last year’s Flip 5, the Flip 5’s dedicated endurance test phone, might be a bit more torturous than usual, but the improvement can be seen in other comparisons as well. In fact, the Flip 6 has almost no creases.
