In the video below, you can clearly see how Cowell draws these days. Many fans were surprised by his appearance, with one commenter on X describing him as almost unable to move his face anymore, he wrote Page six.
Cowell, 64, admitted two years ago that he had overused Botox, but had not used anything else. It was already rumored that he had undergone surgery, but he couldn't help but laugh at the rumours.

Page Six asked several plastic surgery experts what they thought of Cowell's makeover. According to plastic surgeon Dr. Ramtin Kassir, her face was disfigured in this way due to excess fillers. He disagrees that he didn't do anything other than Botox, and believes he had some sort of facelift, but says it was a failure because it didn't look good.
