In a few days, the entire free beta test for DUCKSIDE, the duck that kills machine guns, will begin, and anyone and everyone can participate.

05/24/2024 “Rust!” DayZ! building! Spray! a duck! From the powers united, I DUCKSIDE! Perhaps this is what the developers of tinyBuild Riga had in mind when they announced DUCKSIDE in the middle of the big April Fools' Day, where we have to clean up a messy but much larger island with ducks carrying machine guns.

However, apart from the surreal core concept, there's not much new to discover in the survival game that combines Rust and DayZ, but sorry, if there's a game with goats, sharks, foxes, cats and geese, why not a duck as well? On the other hand, it doesn't even show up, a late content update is a survival game tradition, and even then, the funnyman in the duck and swivel hat will carry the whole thing anyway.

Well, until then, players can also contribute to DUCKSIDE's development simply by playing it on June 6, when the second open beta begins. Anyone can apply for this project, and developers in Latvia will reportedly give away a key to anyone interested in the yet-to-be-completed Duck Madness. The test machine does not have to be powerful, a Core i5/Ryzen 5, 16 GB of RAM, a GTX 1060/RX 580 – and 25 GB of free space are enough.
